Workshop description:
The workshop is a mixed group where everyone from beginners to advanced are welcome. We will go through the basic vocabulary with focus on concepts and training methodology for the different levels. Understanding how to break the skills into components which can be worked on separately and then put into practice will have high priority. This means that both those with a lot of experience and those who are new will be able to take things away from the workshop to work on during weeks and months of future practice.
